• New insulation. We added spray foam insulation inside the ceiling throughout our plating bay and oven room. This will prevent any potential debris from falling from the ceiling and causing contamination while improving climate control.
• Temperature regulation and employee comfort. Several new vents, as well as large fans throughout the facility, will help keep our associates cool. We also installed automatic door openers and closers to regulate temperature year-round.
• Floor restructuring and reorganization. A new shipping office was constructed and a new hoist installed over our Nedox® production area as part of our continuous effort to make the most effective use of our space.
• Enhanced appearance. Not only did we give every wall a fresh coat of paint, the entire shop is as clean as it has ever been. This underscores our commitment to providing a clean and safe working space for our team.

New Capital Expenditure

In addition to our completed upgrades, we also began a major capital initiative to replace our water treatment system. When completed, the new system will allow us to maintain cleaner rinse tanks, change them more frequently and improve our waste treatment processing times.
