Companies earn AS9100 certification by proving their operations continually meet stringent quality requirements in order to indicate their products are safe and reliable for use in the aviation, space and defense industry (AS&D).

The certification affirms that General Magnaplate has implemented and maintains a quality control system with policies and procedures designed to promote continuous improvement. To that end, General Magnaplate continually ensures quality control through internal audits, comprehensive documentation, ongoing training and company-wide adherence to correct procedures including risk assessment, remediation and communication.
